By accessing or using Vena Resize ("the Service") at resizeit.to, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Vena Resize provides an online image resizing and optimization service. We offer free and paid plans with different usage limits. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use paid features.
You may not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or infringing purpose. You may not upload content you do not have the right to use, attempt to circumvent usage limits, abuse the systems, or harm other users or the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process, store, and deliver that content as part of the Service. We do not use your images for marketing or other purposes beyond providing the Service.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the plan you choose (e.g. monthly or annual). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy. You may cancel or change your plan through your account or the Stripe Customer Portal. We may change pricing with advance notice.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email where appropriate.
